Our Programmes

Empowerment initiatives and key projects for Zimbabwe's young people.

Skills Development & Training

Vocational training, mentorship, and capacity-building programmes that equip young people with essential skills, knowledge and attitudes for personal and professional growth.

Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy

Business start-up support, financial literacy, market access, and access to opportunities for youth-led enterprises.

Registration & Coordination

Registering and supervising youth clubs, associations and organisations from grassroots to national level, in line with the ZYC Act.

Advocacy & Dialogue

Convening dialogue platforms — including the Youth Model Parliament Dare re Vadiki / Inkundla ya Batsha — and representing youth voices in national policy.

Empowerment & Employment Creation

Projects designed to create employment for young people, including fund-raising, marketing and trading activities (with Ministerial approval).

National Unity & Cohesion

Bringing together young Zimbabweans from diverse backgrounds, cultures and provinces to build a united nation.

Health & Well-being

Targeted interventions on HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental health, sexual & reproductive health, and overall youth well-being.

Children's Parliament

Managing the Children's Parliament programme that gives young Zimbabweans a structured voice in governance.

International Engagement

Participating in regional and international youth activities and representing Zimbabwe in continental and global youth platforms.

Research & Policy Recommendation

Producing evidence-based research and recommendations to government on the changing needs of youth.

Events, Festivals & National Colours

Organising youth events, awarding National Colours for youth excellence, and showcasing youth achievement.

Environment & Climate Action

Engaging young people in climate action, conservation, and sustainability programmes.
